HOW POOLED PRICING WORKS
- Enroll your endpoints. Any 501(c)(3) with at least 20 managed endpoints (workstations, laptops, and servers) can apply.
- Join one shared pool. Your endpoints count toward the cumulative total of every NITEP member.
- Pay the pooled rate. The whole pool sets the volume tier for every participant, so the smallest clinic pays the same per-endpoint rate as the largest member.
THE RATE CURVE

When the pool crosses a tier line, every member's rate drops automatically. No renegotiation, no paperwork.
