Before You Ask Us
What happens if I need more than 10 endpoints?
The Small Business bundle covers 1 to 10 endpoints. Above that, our Boom 365 plans take over with volume pricing that drops as you scale, starting at a 10-endpoint minimum. Move the slider to 11+ and we will quote you directly.
Is Microsoft 365 included?
Yes. Microsoft 365 Business Basic is included for every user on the bundle. If you need the installable desktop applications, Business Standard is available as an upgrade at $6 per user per month.
Does the price change as I add endpoints?
Yes, and it drops. The per-endpoint rate falls at 2 endpoints, again at 3, and again at 6. Your in-person support discount rises across the same tiers, from 15% to 30%.
What is actually managed for me?
Remote monitoring, patch management, endpoint detection and response, anti-virus, ransomware detection, and endpoint backup—on every endpoint, at every tier. Our Security Operations Center runs 24/7/365.
