Nonprofit IT Empowerment Program

Enterprise‑grade managed IT & security, priced for nonprofit budgets

NITEP gives 501(c)(3) organizations — especially community health clinics and FQHCs — an automatic 20% off Boom 365: MSSP Pro managed security. Every member's endpoints are pooled together, so even a 20‑endpoint clinic pays rates normally reserved for organizations with thousands of devices.

The NITEP difference

How pooled pricing works

Most volume discounts only reward big organizations. NITEP treats every member as part of one buying group. Learn more at nitep.org.

You enroll your endpoints

Apply with proof of 501(c)(3) status and tell us how many workstations, laptops, and servers you need covered. A minimum of 20 endpoints is required to join the pool.

Your endpoints join the pool

Instead of pricing your clinic on its own count, we add your endpoints to the cumulative total of every NITEP member. The whole pool sets the volume tier.

Everyone pays the pooled rate

Your per-endpoint price is the nonprofit rate at the pool's tier — the same rate a single organization would need thousands of devices to reach alone. As the pool grows toward the 5,000-endpoint program floor, rates only improve.

The rate curve: what pooling unlocks

A 20-endpoint clinic on its own pays $145.00 per endpoint at published rates. Inside the pool, that same clinic pays the pooled tier rate — gliding down to the $70.00 program floor at 5,000 pooled endpoints.

The people behind NITEP

Built by an MSSP. Championed by an FQHC.

NITEP wasn't designed in a boardroom guessing at what nonprofits need. It was co-architected with a Federally Qualified Health Center that lives those constraints every day.

Founding partner

Boom Logic × All For Health, Health For All

Boom Logic is partnering with All For Health, Health For All — a Federally Qualified Health Center and longtime Boom Logic client — to launch the Nonprofit IT Empowerment Program. As an FQHC operating on the front lines of community medicine, All For Health, Health For All knows firsthand that every dollar spent on IT overhead is a dollar not spent on patient care.

That partnership is what shaped NITEP's defining feature: the shared endpoint pool. Rather than each clinic negotiating alone, members combine their purchasing power the same way health centers combine their missions — collectively, so the smallest free clinic benefits from the scale of the whole community.

Chief Executive Officer, All For Health, Health For All

As CEO of All For Health, Health For All, Adrineh Ebrahimian leads one of the region's most vital safety-net health organizations — and she's bringing that same tireless advocacy to NITEP. A respected voice in community health leadership, Adrineh understands better than anyone that underserved patients deserve the same technology, security, and reliability as any private health system, without the price tag that keeps it out of reach.

Adrineh will champion the program on behalf of every healthcare participant: representing member clinics' interests, guiding the program's direction, and making sure NITEP stays true to its founding promise — that no nonprofit should have to choose between protecting patient data and serving patients.

“When community health centers stand together, we can secure for our patients what none of us could secure alone.”

Questions

NITEP frequently asked questions

Who qualifies for the Nonprofit IT Empowerment Program?

Any organization that can show proof of 501(c)(3) filing qualifies. The program was designed with community health clinics, FQHCs, and free clinics in mind, but all charitable nonprofits are welcome to apply.

How does the pooled endpoint discount actually work?

Volume pricing for Boom 365: MSSP Pro is normally based on each organization's own endpoint count. Under NITEP, we add every member's endpoints into one cumulative pool, and every member pays the nonprofit rate at the pool's tier. A 20-endpoint clinic in a 1,400-endpoint pool pays the 1250–1499 tier rate of $78.40 per endpoint instead of the $145.00 it would pay at published rates on its own.

Which services does the 20% discount cover?

The 20% pooled discount applies to Boom 365: MSSP Pro managed security. NITEP members also receive special program pricing on BoomTalk VoIP and BoomTalk Live, with details in the program agreement.

Is Boom 365: MSSP Pro suitable for HIPAA-covered entities?

Yes. Boom Logic serves healthcare clients and supports HIPAA-aligned security controls, and we sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with covered entities and their business associates.

What counts as an endpoint?

Any managed device covered under Boom 365: MSSP Pro — typically workstations, laptops, and servers. During onboarding we'll inventory your environment together so your count is accurate.

Can my rate go down after I join?

Yes. Because pricing follows the cumulative pool, your per-endpoint rate improves as new nonprofits enroll and the pool crosses into higher volume tiers — all the way down to the program floor of $70.00 per endpoint at 5,000 pooled endpoints.

What do I need to apply?

Just the application form below plus documentation of your 501(c)(3) filing (an IRS determination letter works). We'll follow up within one business day to verify eligibility and scope your environment.
