- Our infrastructure has presence in One Wilshire, one of the most connected buildings on the West Coast, where carriers and major cloud and SaaS providers meet. Your data stays in Los Angeles.
- Because we own the pieces, we can shape them: phones that work with your hosted applications, telehealth built around how your clinic runs, and no outside vendor queue when your phones or servers need attention.
- Phones, cloud, IT and security under one team and one contract. As an authorized carrier partner, we even handle your internet provider.
- Security isn't an upsell: our MSSP plans include an annual penetration test and quarterly vulnerability scanning.
- We know health centers and FQHCs, law firms and nonprofits, and the compliance rules that come with them.
- Every contract has gray areas. We don't treat them as billing opportunities.
- Our clients stay with us. One started with a handful of computers and now runs sixteen locations and hundreds of employees. We sit at the table when you plan your growth.
